Tiers, credits, upgrades and refunds
What each lifetime tier includes, when your credits arrive, how to move up a tier and how refunds work.

Every tier uses the same app: the Marketer, posts for all live channels, images, video, actors, articles, scheduling and client review links. They differ in how much you can run at once.
- AI visibility tracking. Not part of the lifetime deal.
- X Radar. Coming soon. It is listed for the Agency tier, with no date and no numbers yet.
How your credits work
- Launch credits arrive on day 61AppSumo refunds for 60 days. Brainpercent waits until the first day after that window, so refunded licenses never leave credits behind. Your plan card shows the date. If you are refunded before day 61, the launch credits are never granted.
- There are no monthly creditsThe launch credits are the only credits the license adds. After that, add credits yourself whenever you need them.
- Add credits any timeTop-ups work on a lifetime plan like any other: one dollar for one credit, no expiry. Top-ups.
Connected channels
Each tier includes the number of connected channels in the table. A channel you do not use for 45 days is warned about and then disconnected, and you can reconnect it for free. Connect your channels.
Move up a tier
- Upgrade on AppSumoChoose the higher tier from your purchase on AppSumo. AppSumo handles the payment.
- Nothing to do in BrainpercentYour account moves to the new tier by itself. You keep your workspaces and your content.
- Your launch credits top upYou get the difference between the two tiers, never a second full amount. The day 61 date still counts from your first purchase.
Moving down a tier on AppSumo works the same way.
Refunds
AppSumo handles refunds on the lifetime deal, inside its 60 day window. Ask AppSumo, not Brainpercent. When AppSumo refunds you, the license ends at once.
- Your plan. The account moves to the free plan.
- Unspent lifetime credits. They are removed. Credits you bought yourself stay.
- Channels. You keep 1 connected channel, the oldest one. The rest are disconnected.
- Top-ups. They follow the normal refund policy, not AppSumo’s.
After 60 days there is no refund through AppSumo. The plan is yours for good. If you want a subscription instead, the Switch to a subscription button is on your plan card. Plans.
