1. Overview

Brainpercent, LLC hosts publicly accessible content on brainpercent.app, including blog articles and shared content previews. If you believe content hosted on brainpercent.app is illegal or infringes your rights, you can report it here.

This page also serves as our notice-and-action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

2. How to Report

Email edward@brainpercent.com with the subject line "Content Report". Include:

  • The exact URL: of the content you are reporting.
  • Why you believe it is illegal or infringing: the law or right involved, if known.
  • Your name and contact details: so we can follow up with you.
  • For intellectual property claims: a statement that you are the rights holder, or authorized to act on their behalf.

Reports can be submitted in English or Hebrew.

3. What Happens Next

We acknowledge receipt of your report, review it without undue delay, and decide whether to remove, disable, or keep the content. We provide a statement of reasons for our decision to the reporter and, where applicable, to the user who posted the content. Decisions can be contested by replying to our statement of reasons.
