Top-ups

A top-up adds credits to your balance. Buy only what you need, and what you buy never expires.

Add credits

1. 1Open the add credits windowClick your balance at the top right, or open the account menu and choose Buy credits. On the Billing page the button is Buy credits too.
2. 2Choose an amountPick one of the amounts shown, or choose Custom and type a whole number of dollars from $10 to $1,000. One dollar buys one credit.
3. 3Check the summaryIt shows the credits you get and the total due. Estimated tax is added where it applies.
4. 4Choose PayYou finish on a secure Stripe page and come back to Brainpercent. Your balance updates by itself. We never store your card number.

Your first top-up

Your first top-up earns 40 percent extra credits, from $10. The window shows the bonus before you pay. It is a one-time offer.

How top-up credits are spent

If you have a plan, its monthly credits are spent first and your top-up credits second. Top-up credits do not expire, so they wait until you need them.

Payments are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, the window shows an approximate local amount and your bank sets the final rate.

Receipts and history

Every purchase appears under Billing in Invoices with a PDF receipt. Open Usage to see where each credit went.
