Schedule a week of posts
Batch your Monday review. Queue 5-10 campaigns across 5+ platforms in 15 minutes, then disappear until next week.
The weekly cadence
Paste 5-7 URLs (blog posts, new products, trending news). Brainpercent generates ~30 platform variants across your connected accounts.
Review the approval queue. Approve the close-enough ones, regenerate the ones that miss, skip any that don't fit.
Set each approved post to a slot on the schedule. Auto-stagger is recommended (2 posts/day across M-F).
GetLate ships on your schedule. Analytics roll up in the Dashboard. Next Monday, repeat.
Scheduling options
Ships immediately upon approval.
Brainpercent picks optimal times based on your platforms + audience timezone. Default for batch approvals.
Pick an exact publish time per post.
Set a fixed weekly slot (e.g., "Every Wednesday 9am"). New posts in this project get auto-scheduled there.
Per-platform timing recommendations
These are the defaults Brainpercent's auto-stagger picks. Override anytime.

Team approval workflow
Agency + Team plans let you add reviewers. Each draft sits in the approval inbox until a reviewer signs off. Reviewers can:
- Approve the draft as-is (proceeds to scheduled state)
- Request changes with an inline comment (returns to the editor)
- Reject (drafts stays in history, doesn't publish)
Tip: Scope reviewers per platform (LinkedIn-only, Instagram-only, etc). Lets specialists focus without wading through every draft.
