Workspaces

A workspace is one brand or one client. Each has its own voice, logo, channels, calendar and content, so nothing gets mixed up.

What a workspace holds

  • Brand. Business context, voice, colors and logo.
  • Channels. A connected account belongs to one workspace at a time.
  • Calendar and autopilots. Each workspace has its own, and plan limits on autopilots count per workspace.
  • Content. Posts, articles, images, videos and actors you made while it was active.

The app sometimes calls a workspace a project. They are the same thing.

Switch between workspaces

The workspace name sits near the top of the left sidebar. Click it to open the list, search by name and pick another. The page you see is always for the active workspace.

If you move to a smaller plan

If the new plan includes fewer workspaces than you have, you choose which ones to keep. The others are hidden and scheduled for deletion 60 days later. If you upgrade again before then, they come back.
