Business context
Business context is what Brainpercent knows about your business. It goes into every message you send, so a good one is the difference between a generic post and one that sounds like you.
Open it
- In the Marketer, find What it knows about youIt sits under Context, with the line The brand context loaded into every message. Click it.
- Read each sectionA sheet opens. Anything marked Not set is something Brainpercent will ask you about instead of guessing.
- Click a field to edit itChange the words and the edit saves. Nothing else about your business reaches the model.
What is in it
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Project | Business name, Website and Language. |
| Brand brain | Expertise, Niche, What you do, Main offer, Content pillars, Recurring topics, Ideal client, Audience pain points and Known competitors. |
| Brand voice | How you sound, with an Example post you can open and close. |
| Audience personas | For each persona: Who they are, Goals, Pain points, Channels, Content they want, Messaging and Tone. |
| Brand memory | Lasting facts it learned about your brand as you worked. You can remove any of them. |
Fill the gaps
If some fields are empty, choose Fill the missing fields. Brainpercent reads your site again and fills only the empty ones. Nothing you wrote is changed, and nothing is charged. It takes about a minute.
If the sheet says it could not finish reading your website, choose Edit website and add a working address, or paste a short description of the business.
Writing it well
- Say what you do in plain words. One or two sentences, the way you would tell a new client.
- Name your ideal client. The more exact the person, the more exact the posts.
- Keep the lists short. A handful of pillars and topics beats a long list. Fields have length limits.
- Fix what is wrong. If a competitor or a claim is off, edit it. Everything the Marketer writes starts from this sheet.
