Do I need a card?
No. A new account holds 10 credits. A real launch referral is 20.
How long to the first post?
Social variants in about a minute and a half. An article with stills in about two. Most people publish inside ten minutes, including the brand scan.
Can I work without connecting a channel?
Yes. Generate, preview, download. Publishing needs a connection. Everything upstream does not.
Quality
Will it sound like us?
The scan reads the site and recent writing. Cadence and phrasing lock to that. Most teams edit less than a tenth after the second week.
What stops invented stats?
Articles pass a fact-check against the source. Fabrications lose the quality grade and cannot auto-publish until a person approves.
Publishing
Why a Business Instagram?
Meta only publishes from a Business or Creator account. Switch inside Instagram. It is free.
What if a connection expires?
A banner. That channel’s queue holds. Reconnect, and the held posts resume.
Credits
One balance or many?
One. One credit is one dollar. Every type draws from it.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits carry at the plan rate (100% on Starter, 100% on Plus, 100% on Pro, 100% on Business), capped at one month’s grant. Top-ups never expire and spend second.
Refunds?
Fourteen days on a first subscription, if you have used no more than 10% of the month. The policy is on /refund.
Teams
Can more than one person share an account?
Business has seats with scoped review. Enterprise adds SSO.
Separate client brands?
One project per client. Each holds its own kit, calendar, and queue.
