Getting started
Do I need a credit card to try Brainpercent?
No. Every new account gets 10 free credits, no card required. Credits are one balance you spend on anything: articles, social posts, images or videos. Product Hunt and launch referrals get double, 20 credits.
How long does the first campaign take?
From paste-URL to approval queue: ~90 seconds for social variants, ~2 minutes for a full article with branded images. Most users ship their first post in under 10 minutes including signup and brand scan.
Can I use Brainpercent without connecting social accounts?
Yes. You can generate, preview, and download content without any platforms connected. Publishing requires OAuth, but everything upstream works offline.
Content quality
Will the output sound like me or like every other AI?
The voice scanner reads your actual published writing (homepage + last 10 blog posts / LinkedIn posts). It locks your cadence, phrasing, and rhythm. Most users edit <10% of output after the first 2 weeks.
What prevents it from hallucinating stats or fake quotes?
Every article runs through a fact-check gate (Claude Haiku) that verifies stats against the source content. Articles with fabrications get deducted up to 60 points on the quality grade and blocked from auto-publish until a human approves.
Does Brainpercent speak languages other than English?
Yes, 12 languages: English, Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi. Full RTL support for Hebrew + Arabic.
Publishing & platforms
Why do I need a Business Instagram account?
Meta's API only allows publishing from Business or Creator accounts. Switch inside the Instagram app: Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account. The change is free and instant.
Can I schedule to Instagram Stories?
Image stories are supported. Video stories are on the roadmap.
What happens if a platform connection expires?
Brainpercent shows a re-auth banner and pauses scheduled posts for that platform. Click reconnect, OAuth in 10 seconds, paused posts resume automatically.
Do you support YouTube long-form uploads?
Yes, alongside Shorts. Long-form uploads include auto-generated SEO title, description, chapter markers, and tags.
Credits & billing
Is there one credit balance or one per content type?
One. Your account holds a single wallet and 1 credit is worth $1.00. Articles, social posts, images, videos and research all draw from that same balance at list price, so nothing is reserved for a content type you never use.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused plan credits carry into the next billing cycle at your plan's rollover rate (10% on Starter, 20% on Plus, 30% on Pro, 50% on Business), capped at one month's grant. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire and are spent after your plan credits.
What if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
Brainpercent pauses, shows a top-up banner, no partial charges. Top up and resume with one click.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. An upgrade starts immediately (prorated). A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle, and your current balance stays available until then.
Do you offer refunds?

Privacy & security
Is my brand kit / content private?
Yes. Brand kits, drafts, and generated content are scoped to your account. Nothing is shared with other users. We do not train external models on your content.
What happens to my social account tokens?
Encrypted at rest in Supabase with envelope encryption. Never logged, never sent to third-party observability tools. Publishing goes through our partner relay (GetLate), and we never store raw platform credentials.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. Account → Settings → Delete account. Purges all projects, drafts, tokens, and payment history within 30 days per GDPR/CCPA.
Teams & agencies
Can multiple people share one account?
The Business plan supports multiple reviewers with scoped permissions (per-platform or per-project). Enterprise adds SSO and per-seat auditing.
Is there a white-label option?
Yes, included in the Business and Enterprise tiers. Custom domain, your logo, your color palette on the dashboard. Clients never see "Brainpercent."
Can I manage client brands separately?
Yes. Each project has its own brand kit, voice, schedule, and analytics. Agencies typically make one project per client.
