Can I post video to Reddit?
Not through the API. Reddit posts publish as text or link posts; video has to go up in the app.
Do I need a flair?
Only where the subreddit requires one. If it does, the post carries it, because Reddit rejects posts that are missing it.
Can one post go to several subreddits?
Each subreddit is its own post, with its own title and flair. That is how Reddit expects it and how communities read it.
